Old Business: -Motion to disband: UNANIMOUSLY DEFEATED -Motion to abolish dues: PASSED -Motion to ammend by-laws to eliminate the offices of Secretary and Vice-President: PASSED

Nominations and Votes: President: Cathy Keefe: 3 Dan Moore: 0 Dan Trachl: 6

Treasurer: John Purvis: 8

New Business: Motion to hold a fund-raiser in January: PASSED

Turnover of CSRA CPOA President effective immediately.

Notes: 1. Now that membership dues are eliminated - I will be adding members to the distro list as they show up at the meetings. Forward these emails to shipmates in the local area who you would like to see attend. This is the best way to get new members and increase CPO comraderie in the local area.

2. Effective today - the Augusta Lynx have been disbanded due to lack of funds. I will investigate fundraising options at other arena and local events.

3. Henceforth - NIOC will be referred to as "The Galactic Empire" and CID will be known as "The Rebellion." As in: The Rebellion will bid fair winds and following seas to Dave Roy who will be transferring to the Galactic Empire next Thursday.

4. Next meeting will be 1600 on Friday 16 January @ Wildwings on Washington Road. (I think it interesting to note that the guy who complains the most about driving to Evans ONLY shows up when we have the meetings in Evans.....prove me wrong.)

5. T-shirts are still $10 - I will have them available for sale at the next meeting. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!
